This is an awesome Indigo. Way bigger than what you would think by just walking by in the mall (Eaton Centre). It has an elevator inside the store for accessibility, as well as an escalator up and stairs. The three staff members I encountered were very helpful. They also have a huge inventory including a large children's section.

The lady at the front of the store was very kind and helped cash me out with my item, after answering a few of my questions. I was looking for a unique gift and luckily found one at this location. Good inventory. Organized store.

Friendly and helpful staff. Lots to see from books to technology to children's toys to household items. Clean and usually better organised than most bookstores in the area. Starbucks on the upper level and easy access from two floors of the Eaton Centre.

In my opinion you cannot have a shopping mall without at least one bookstore. Indigo and chapters always have a very large selection of books, and stuff that is great at making recommendations based on the books you have read or liked. You can also come in here to hang out and read a book, before making a purchase.

Had the worst experience ever at this location. I found a series of books for children and picked up few and wanted to buy the whole collection. The system said there are several others. I tried to get the assistance of few employees but they all had quick looks and left and after they left i kept digging some more in the messy stands of books until i found some more... when i finally went to pay there was no one at the cashier for some time until an employee appeared and did not even bother to apologize for keeping me and at least two customers waiting for no clear reason.... i am very dissatisfied with the customer service at this location.
