  'phoned them in the morning and spoke with Tom to confirm that the part (Minoura Action Bridge) listed on their site was in stock, then ordered it via their website (shopify) and it was shipped out a couple of hours later. Several email notifications kept me informed as to the tracking status of the order. Got it in less than 48 hours. It is now installed on my Minoura Roller/Trainer and I can now use it to help recover from a slight bike mishap (fractured ribs and pelvis) Great work people!

  My only irk was the price, specifically how it was quoted. I went in wanting to buy a part and get it installed. When asked how much each would cost I was told 30 for the part and 20 for the install. After everything was done, at the cash I was told the part costs 40 and the repair cost 25. The total cost wasn't the issue but there shouldn't be such a different from the quote and the actual price.

  Amazing customer service, what can I say? I had a very peculiar request. My fiancee and I were on the hunt in trying to rent a bike for our engagement shoot. We originally wanted a vintage looking bike. I gave the shop a call and Rob answered. He let me know the rental season was over but he asked what the purpose was for. I told him we were looking to have a photoshoot the next day (our engagement shoot) and he went straight into helping mode.

  Friendly staff and super quick service. The individuals on the repair end seem very knowledgeable and efficient (finishing the job way quicker than originally told)

  He ended up driving down to the shipping container where t heir rental bikes were and picked up two for us. We ended up using a Zycle Fix chill blue in our photoshoot. I think the colours of the bike are definitely going to pop out in our pictures.
