    Bought a Giant Roam 2 from here. Good bike, after two months of hard use, it developed a creak when pedalling hard. Brought it back, and it was fixed in 1 day. Now my bike feels better than the day i picked it up. Very smooth and quiet. Thank you.

    Excellent experience buying a bike and accessories at this Giant store. The sales person, Chris, was patient and took his time to explain everything properly and guide me through selecting the right accessories for my needs. I spent about an hour at the store and left fully satisfied with my purchasing experience.

    I've dealt with six different people at this location, including the manager, and they were all a pleasure to deal with. I ended up getting a rapid one, which I love. Giants are the best bang for the buck bike, plus their accessories and service were extremely reasonable. Highly recommended!
