Excellent source for Brompton bikes and parts (Brooks England & Ti Parts). Staff and service are very friendly, competent and best of all, no attitude.

Last week, my wheel fell out of true and I took it in for service. Like the previous times I'd been there, the guys were nice, made no fuss, and had it fixed a couple days later. On my ride out though, I noticed my tire was losing air, and by the time I got home, it was nearly flat. So, I came back today, assuming that they'd pushed a spoke too far through the nut and punctured the inner tube, and telling them as much.

All in all: you can't ask for better than that. Excellent, fast and quality service, with great people who know what they're doing and who they're dealing with. They're definitely my go-to bike repair place from now on. Thanks guys!

Finally at Curbside, they showed me what I asked for and told me its a bike to get you around with decent components (plastic pedals only negative)and would be fine with proper care, if you like it, GO FOR IT!!!... And I did, hahaha.

I can't recommend these guys enough for the service I just got, so if that's all the recommendation you need: Curbside's your guys. Here's what happened to me though.

The guy who helped me out—Elie—completely apologized, kindly mounted the bike on a stand, and within thirty seconds, found two separate pieces of metal sticking into the tire that I'd happened to ride over. I immediately apologized for the accusation, feeling like a total idiot, but he laughed it off and said it was no trouble. He even fixed up my front light entirely of his own accord, and talked me into buying a kevlar back tire to stop additional punctures at a great price. I kept apologizing, he kept saying it was no trouble, and I walked out of the store 10 minutes later.

Curbside was my fourth stop in search of a reasonably priced bike. I was getting fed of the upselling and BS to get me to spend more. I would ask for a bike within my budget and get all kinds of negative feedback. It got annoying by the 3rd bike store stop and noticed a pattern. They have a bait bike (a reasonably priced bike) to get you to inquire but usually not in stock or totally give u negative feedback with a pinch of condescending tone and push you a higher priced bike. Supposedly if you ride everyday, a $500 bike will not last and fall apart if you use it everyday. That boggled my mind, haha.

Curbside was able to supply me with some hard-to-get parts for my bike. I can't recommend them more highly. I had initially ordered the wrong part - they took them back, found the right ones, offered useful advice on the repair, and took back the original order. All through emails and the tender mercy of UPS.
