  Food was perfect and i was impressed with how careful they handled my food allergy to shell fish. Exceptions were made with my dish so that my food was cooked differently to avoid cross contamination.

  Love the Keg, but this was not a good experience. Poor service and it wasn't even busy. This was a Monday evening and our server took ages to come to our table. I was seated and waiting for my husband and even when he arrived we still had to wait for a server. It was more than 30 minutes to get a drink and to place our order. We had to ask several times for water. We had to ask for bread which is normally served after ordering but didn't even get served with our appetizer. Our meals took ages and when they finally came the twice baked potato with one meal was stone cold in the middle. Our server did not check on how everything was so we had to wave down another server. When the potato was replaced it was also cold, like they were frozen. Again our server did not check and I had to go through the restaurant to look for them and a hostess said they would get the server or a manager to help. By this time my husband was finished his meal and my steak was now cold to match the potatoes. The manager did comp coffee and dessert and the Billy Miner Pie that we shared was yummy, but does not make up for the terrible service and food. We did not plan to be out for a three hour dinner on a Monday evening. Not three relaxing hours but three hours mainly spent waiting.

  Always busy, the later you go. A very good vibe at night with a very good atmosphere. The service was quick and professional. The food was good but I still wouldn't pin them as the best steak place. The initial bread they provide is delicious, fresh and warm. I had the prime rib and although juicy - it was ok. The horseradish is amazing. The tuna tacos were very good as well. Save room for dessert also as the ice cream cake is well worth it. A good place to catch up with friends in the lounge area or have a nice calm meal in the dining area.

  Wonderful friendly service even with the fact that it was a busy Saturday night. We sat in the lounge area to avoid the 45 minute wait for the dinning room.

  Solid chain(how often do you get that?) that serves excellent steaks with a professional staff that treats you very well. The location on Yonge & Eglinton has an upscale feel but casual dress is fine. Family friendly. Consistently well prepared food in a classic vein, with delicious starters like shrimp cocktail and French onion soup, through the mains and some decadent desserts like a classic cherry cheesecake. Quality ingredients, well tested methods, top shelf staff - if it ain't broke, don't fix it!

  Always great service at this location, especially from our host Johnny. The food is excellent, par for any other Keg location. The lobby features a modern entrance with a bar area as well as a lounge area, depending on what type of evening you would like to enjoy. On busier nights they have an electronic queue system which buzzes/lights up when it's your turn. On quieter nights, there is barely a wait and staff are mindful to have you seated and started with a drink while you look at the menu. We will definitely be back.
