  A neighbourhood favourite of mine for many years. Their challah is exemplary! We always order our birthday cakes here too, as they have a terrific selection from which to choose. They have a cozy seating area, where you xan sit and enjoy a bite to eat. The breakfast bar always has some interesting treats on offer and their lunch specials are always delicious. I have never been disappointed with the food here.

  Purchased the Mama’s chocolate cake and it wasn’t disappointing but it also wasn’t great. The cake needed to be more moist. It was very dense. It was sweetened lightly which I enjoyed. The icing/fudge was also very heavy and didn’t compliment the cake well. The cake is marketed as “layered chocolate cake” but when cut, the cake had a sad singular layer of icing in the middle. Perhaps I chose the wrong cake for my preferences but I overall wasn’t completely satisfied.

  The moment you walk in to this beautiful bakery/cafe you're met with the most incredible aroma. The baking smells absolutely irresistible and tastes sooo fresh and delicious. I always get the apple crumble and chocolate chip cookies, and have tried multiple other items - everything is top notch!

  Went in after having a morning wedding appointment next door at Eglinton Grand. It was a great place to sit down and do some work and was the perfect noise level. Had their Oatmeal Spice and Banana muffins which were massive, then vegetarian pizzettes for lunch. Quaint and cozy spot, would definitely recommend for small groups or pairs.
