4.5/5 stars. Booked our reservation 3 months in advance (for 2) for a special occasion. A few weeks before the day, I called to ask about requesting a window seat, and they told me they'll try our best to put our request in.

For information purposes: we ordered two 2-course dinners, one meal from the children's menu (the kids split a meal), two glasses of wine, and two cups of coffee, and the bill came in around $273.00 including tip.

Order the New York strip with a baked potato with sour cream. Was definitely one of the more delicious steaks I have ever had. The potato was MASSIVE. More than I ever could have wanted or needed for a side dish. Service was rather fast and extremely polite and friendly. The only problem I had with this dine in experience was that my girlfriend and I were placed at a table for two, along the inner wall. So our view our of the windows, and the whole 360 degree experience was kind of ruined because of this. We even asked to switch tables as soon as the one beside us was cleaned off, but we were denied because somebody else was already in line for it.

Ambience - expected to be quiet but way TOO LOUD (but it is the CN tower so...)

Bread served prior to meal - dry, not the freshest, hard crusts.

My husband took me and our two children, ages 8 and 2, here for our 16-year anniversary a couple of days ago. As this was a surprise, I didn't dress properly for such a nice restaurant, but there were enough tourists there, that I wasn't the only one ;) This is a very expensive restaurant, but absolutely worth it for the incredible view, delicious food and amazing service! Let me start by saying that even though it was pouring rain, the view was absolutely fantastic - watching planes taking off from the island was a thrill for the kids :) There were about three different servers, who each interacted with us for different reasons, and each of the men were happy, smiling, courteous and helpful - we were very impressed! They re-filled our water glasses without asking or interrupting, brought crayons for the kids, and surprised us with a free dessert to congratulate us on our anniversary (thank you!). Now for the food; what can I say? The portions were perfect and the tastes were amazing! We all shared bites from each other's plates, so we could all share how delicious ours was - and I noticed other tables doing the same - if that doesn't adequately describe how amazing the food is, I don't know what does! As a coffee-lover, I have to add, that the coffee they served with dessert was FANTASTIC! We were stuffed, by the time we were finished. Oh, and the woman who posted that they only serve wine, was wrong - they serve beer and spirits, too (we saw them on the drink menu). After dinner, we walked down a flight of stairs, to the observation deck. The glass-bottom floor is awesome and the kids had a blast scaring the daylights out of us! The walls are filled with murals, describing everything related to the CN Tower and we found it interesting enough to take pictures. Unfortunately, due to the bad weather, the outdoor enclosure was closed. But we couldn't have asked for a better CN Tower experience - the elevator attendants were polite, informative, and very welcoming :) So, overall, we had a wonderful Anniversary here and I would definitely recommend it to others! I would love to come here again :)

The night we arrived there was no trouble checking in, but they brought us to the back row in the booth section, instead of a window seat. I asked my SO if we should complain, but we both had bags to carry and were comfortable enough sitting in the booth, and it was better than being crammed and seated in the centre row. We still had a good view. Fine dinning restaurant, expensive prices. Our waiter did an excellent job reading out our table as we wanted to relax and spend a couple hours there. Checked on us regularly and never let our glasses empty. The meals, dessert and ambiance were great.

Food - portion is decent for fine dining restaurant although the taste is below expectation. The chef also seems to have some liking for strange texture. The shrimp and grit (supplement $6 extra) has too much liquid in the grit but the corn in the grit is too hard. Also the mashed potatoes for the main was mashed with skin on it. The texture was really unbalanced and strange, the potato skin also makes the color of the mashed potatoes darker and unappetizing.

I feel if someone is booking at your restaurant months in advance, they should have no problem following through with the customers request. The bread they serve as an appetizer could use some improvement. Despite these few shortcomings, we had a wonderful and memorable evening!

I've lived in Toronto most of my life and I've always wanted to try 360. Decades have passed and I finally made my way up 100+ stories. The ambiance and view is spectacular. I would definitely give that 5 stars. The food however, didn't live up to my taste buds. I've read reviews about the lack of flavour which is why it has taken me this long to try it out. I would have to agree with those reviews. The presentation was lovely and eye pleasing. I would suggest to get more adventurous and add more flavor to your dishes. One of the apps we had was the Beet tart, which had no flavor at all, most of our dishes we had were really bland. The desert wasn't far off either. The other benefit however to booking at the 360 is that you have access to the other floors at the tower, so you can definitely take advantage of that if you are visiting.

Overall I think there is still a lot of value in the dinner package, just don’t expect too much for the food.
